Claytor Nature Center (“Claytor”) memberships are nonrefundable, nontransferable, expire one year after purchase unless renewed, and remain the property of Claytor. Claytor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend, or revoke any membership at any time for any reason. Claytor assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen property and each member expressly assumes all risk for accident, lost or stolen personal property, or personal injury.
Right to Revoke
Claytor Nature Center reserves the right to revoke the membership of any member if we find that a member does not respect our environment, our rules, or others. We reserve the right to revoke membership without refund.
The following policies should be read and understood by all members:
- Memberships are non-refundable.
- Memberships cannot be transferred or shared. Household memberships are designed for one household only. We kindly ask that you refrain from sharing it with others.
- All sales are final.
- Memberships are immediately active upon purchase and will expire one year from the date of purchase unless renewed by the member.
- Gift memberships are available.
Your membership activates immediately upon purchase. You may visit before your membership card is received by writing your name, date of membership purchase, and level of membership on a card placed in your windshield.
